Photo Safaris

Photographic safaris differ slightly from a standard safari.  Since the goal of the safari is taking great pictures, we will concentrate on taking you to places where you can capture the most memorable images.

Photography is best in the early morning hours and late in the afternoon, before sunset.  Therefore we must keep this in mind when planning our game drives.  And it's not just the game drives.  We will take some detours from our normal routes to bring you to some of our stunning landscapes.

On game drives, when we spot our quarry, your driver will shut off the engine to avoid camera shake.  And you may stay as long as you like to get the shot.  Do you want to photograph leopards today?  We will try to find leopards.

This is perhaps the most customizable safari we offer.  You tell us how much time you have and what your primary interests are, and we will create an itinerary just for you.  There are so many things to see and do:  Serengeti game drives, Lake Natron flamingo breeding grounds, Lake Manyara tree climbing lions.
